A beep indicates an incoming call. To answer a call, press power ( ) button.

Adjusting the volume 

 
To change the ear speaker or music volume: 
 
During a call, or when listening to music, press the volume up / volume down button to 
increase / decrease the volume. 
 
 
 
 

* NOTE! 

1. You may also adjust the volume from your mobile phone’s volume control. 
2. If you first time to turn on the HL220, suggesting adjust volume to the minimum to prevent 
the excessively loud sounds. 

 
 
 

Playing / Pausing the music

 

 

Before using the earphone to listen to 
the music, you need to start the media 
player in your phone.

 

 

To play the music, press power ( ) 
button.

 

 

To pause the music, press power ( ) 
button.

 

 

To move between tracks, press     
(Previous / Next ) button

Troubleshooting

 

 

Radial does not work 

 

 

Make sure the correct calling 
device is selected. 

 

Make sure your phone 
supports the Bluetooth 
hands-free profile.

 

 

The sound is distorted 

 

 

Make sure the earpiece is no 
any visible dirt.

 

 

Check that the battery is 
charged enough.

 

The music does not play in 
the earphone 

 

 

Make sure your phone is 
paired with the earphone. 

 

Restart the media player and 
select to use the earphone. 

 

Make sure the correct music
