To view detailed output data for the
fluorescence point, move the cursor to
a point on the curve to pop up a box
indicating detailed parameters.
Upon completion of test, the test file
will be automatically saved to the
directory as set for the project.
Test results are classified into result
with CT value, absolute quantitative
result with standard curve, relative
quantitative result with histogram,
SNP result with three pile diagram,
and HRM result with differential
diagram.
