Maintenance

After the first 10 hours of operation, all bolts must be tightened,
(see torque diagram, page 9). Hoses, fittings and cylinders must be checked for possible leaks and
further tightened.

Check regularly that all bolts are tightened.

After the season all lubricating points must be lubricated, then wash and lubricate the machine. Do
not use high-pressure water directly on ball bearings. After washing it, you may spray the machine
with a rust preventive oil.
Lubrification
When lubricating, maintaining and repairing the Triple-Tiller, always lower the machine, brake the tractor
and stop the engine.
The typical lubricating points are: by the roller, spindle, side section and the arms of the roller bar. The
lubricating points must be lubricated after 10 hours of operation, and before/after cleaning in order to
drive out any water or dirt. The lubricating points are placed by movable parts, as well as by the ball
bearings and cylinders.
Note!
The double density ball bearings in the roller should only be lubricated every 20 hours,
and with 1-2 strokes so as not to press out the sealing rings.

The hydraulic system is filled with oil type Hydro Texaco HD32
