28 Waste disposal and environmental protection
All electrical and electronic products must be disposed of
as hazardous waste. The correct disposal of old
equipment prevents ecological damage and health
hazards.

Statutory waste disposal mark
The electrical and electronic devices that bear this
symbol are subject to the European Waste Electrical and
Electronic Equipment Directive 2002/96/EC.
The symbol indicates that the device must not be
disposed of as household garbage.
In accordance with national and local environmental
protection and material recovery and recycling
regulations, old modules that can no longer be used must
be disposed of separately and not with normal household
garbage.
If you need more information about waste disposal,
please contact your local authorities or the dealer from
whom you purchased the product.
As waste disposal regulations within the EU may differ
from country to country, we ask that you contact your
supplier as necessary.
