When running only mA output, it stops at 18mA and goes to 19mA
when heater set point is reached.
The PLC must have a timer delay to ensure frost condition (remaining water droplets from the melted ice should
be frozen to the surface of the evaporator before start measuring), here the signal should be in the range 4 to
5mA, indicating clean evaporator without ice.
