This product must be installed by persons competent in vehicle electrical installations 

 

Care should be taken to ensure that water ingress cannot occur through mounting or wiring 
holes 

 

Regularly inspect the product to confirm correct operation

 stare directly into the light it produces as permanent damage to the eyes may 

result 

 

Use only a mixture of soap and water to clean this product 

 

DO NOT

 direct a high-pressure water jet at this product 

 

DO NOT

 allow solvents, fuels and acetone-based cleaners etc. to come into contact with 

this product

 

 

Installation Notes: 
 

 

Ensure that the mounting surface is completely flat. The lamp is not flexible, and will be 
damaged  if any attempt is made to mount on a curved surface 

 

Always use the fixing screws provided. If a different fixing screw must be used, it is essential 
that the screw head fits comfortably in the screw-head recess on the lamp 

 

If  the  screw  head  is  larger  than  the  recess  then  the  lamp  lens  will  be  damaged  during 
installation 

 

DO NOT

 over-tighten mounting screws as this will cause damage to the assembly 

 

The  4-10016-D  consists  of  two  lamps  on  a  single  mounting  plate,  therefore  installation 
wiring should be treated as for two individual lamps
