PROBLEM 

 

 

REPAIR CHECKLIST 

1.  No flow. 

1.  a.  Tank empty. Refill tank. 

 

 

 

b.  Obstruction in line of fitting. Clean 

obstruction. 

2.  Poor flow. 

2.  a.  Tighten head assembly. 

 

 

 

b.  Check for obstructions.  If necessary, 

remove eyewash head(s) and clean 
flow controls. 

3.  Eyewash flows for less than 15 

minutes. 

3.  a.  Fill tank with water up to the water level 

mark on tube.  

 

 

 

b.  Fill tank with pressurized air to 100 psi.
