OPERATION

Use your hand blender

Important:

Ensure that the blender is disconnected from the power outlet before

assembling or removing attachments.

1.  To assemble the detachable mixer unit with the motor unit, turn the mixer unit

anti-clockwise until tightened.

2.  Peel and core fruits and vegetables and cut the food into small dices (approx.

15 x 15 x 15 mm). Put the food inside the container or another jar. Usually
certain amount of liquid has to be added to facilitate a smooth running - the
proportion of food and liquid is 2:3 (two parts of food and three parts of liquid).

3.  Connect the appliance to a power outlet.
4.  Lower the hand blender into the container/jar with food. Press and hold the

speed button and the blender starts blending immediately. When using the low
speed button, you can adjust the speed by the speed control on the top of
motor unit.

Note:

The speed control is not applicable for the high speed button.

5.  Release the speed button to stop operating when the food consistency you

required is obtained.

Notes:

Do not let the blender run for more than 15 seconds if you are not mixing food.

The maximum operation time is 30 seconds.

Allow the unit to rest for 1 minute after 30 seconds use. If you have used the
unit for more than two cycles (2 x 30 seconds), it shall be allowed to rest for
minimum 3 minutes.

The rubber base on the container can also be used as a lid, but note that food
shall not be stored in the container for longer periods.
