MAINTENANCE

OPERATION

Cleaning and maintenance

Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before any cleaning or maintenance.

Wipe the outside with soft dry cloth. Never use abrasive cleansers as it may
damage the surfaces of the product. Never immerse the toaster in water or
other liquid.

Press-to-release the crumb tray at the bottom of toaster and remove the
crumbs. If the toaster is used frequently, bread crumbs should be removed at
least once a week. Make sure that the crumb tray is properly assembled before
you use the toaster again - ensure that the raised sides of the crumb trays are
facing upwards before sliding it back into the slots.

When the toaster is not in use or storaged for a long period of time, the power
cord shall be wound under the bottom of toaster.

Store the product in a dry, safe place, out of reach from children.

Reheat function

Reheat toast without additional toasting on this setting.

1.  Place toast inside the toasting slots.
2.  Push down the pop-up lever until it clicks into place and press the reheat

button. lt will illuminate in red along with the stop button.

3.  When the toast is reheated, the pop-up lever will lift the toast automatically and

both lights will go out.

Stop button

This button is always illuminated in red when the toaster is in use.

1.  The toasting operation can be stopped at any time by pressing the stop button.

The pop-up lever will lift the toast automatically and the light will go out.

Important:

Never use utensils to try to release trapped toast from the slots as it is highly
dangerous to do so. It may lead to electrical shock and it can damage the
appliance.

Turn off at the mains electrical supply and unplug the appliance.

Allow the toaster to cool down, then turn it upside down and gently shake it to
release trapped toast/bread particles.
