1 - You will need
2 - Preliminary procedure
All disassembly operations, if possible, must only be performed on equipment that has been completely deactivated
and only by personnel with the necessary technical knowledge.
In addition to the safety precautions indicated in these instructions, follow all regulations concerning safety and
accident prevention that are generally applicable.
Every precaution must be taken before working on or near the machine.
After work has been completed, all casings and safety devices must be restored completely and operational.
3 - Lubrication
Lubricant must be applied with a brush to the external chains at least every 250 hours or every 6 months. The
frequency of application depends on surrounding conditions and conditions of use. The frequency of application must
ensure that a sufficient quantity of fluid oil is present in the chain links.
If the chain has been exposed to corrosive fluids, clean the chain immediately and apply lubricant.

ELESCOPING OPERATIONS MAY BE NECESSARY TO ACCESS ELEMENTS

Before applying new lubricant, remove any foreign particles from the chain. Use recommended lubricants
Section C 6Lubrication diagram.
When cleaning chains, follow regulations concerning the environment.
• Standard tool kit
• Protective goggles
• Gloves
• Place barriers around the perimeter of the work area
Exclusively use tools and auxiliary average adapted. Always wear necessary safety clothing.
This procedure must be performed every 250 h or once a year.
