Fuel supply detrimentally
affected:
- Tank run dry.
- Fuel filter blocked.
- Inadequate tank ventilation.
- Line connections leaky.
- The speed control lever does
not remain in the required
position.
Air filter contaminated.
Incorrect valve clearances.
Injector jets unserviceable.
Too much oil in the engine.
Inadequate cooling:
- Contamination in the entire
area for the air guides.
- Insufficiently enclosed air
guides.
Fill up with fuel.
Replace fuel filter.
Ensure adequate ventilation of
the tank.
Check the line screw-connec-
tions for leaks.
Block the speed control.
Clean air filter.
Adjust valve clearances.

Drain off oil to the upper mark
on the dipstick.
Clean the area of cooling air.
Check that the air guides and
shafts are complete and that
they are sealed.
