How to charge your wireless device:
1.
Connect the supplied AC wall adapter to the charging base and to the wall outlet.
2.
Place the wireless charging-enabled device on the wireless charging base as shown
below. Be sure that the center of the device is aligned over the center of the charging
base. Charging will automatically begin. You will be able to identify the status of your
charge with the LED light indicator (chart below).
3.
Enjoy wireless charging.

*What do i do if my light Indicator is blinking green?
1. Try removing your phone from the charging device and placing it back on the center of
charging pad.
2. Be sure to remove any metal plates/rings on the back of the phone and place the phone
back on the charging device.
3. Try unplugging and plugging the charging adapter and placing the phone back on the
charging device.
4. If the light indicator is still blinking green after trying the previous solutions, please contact
our Willis Customer Success Team at [email protected] for further assistance.
