Budget Consumption Report
The Budget Consumption Report displays the budget consumption of all accounts for the
current or previous budget period.
Requirements
• To generate this report, you must be logged in as supervisor.
Output
• Screen
• USB Printer
• USB Memory device
Comments Fields
Budget period
Period [begin date-end date]
If an account has no Budget, Budget and
Remaining budget fields show value 0. For each group/subgroup:
• Group or subgroup name, + for each
account that consumed postage during
the period:
- Account number
- Account name
- Budget
- Remaining budget (= budget –
total postage value – total sur-
charge)
