Replacing Brushes
Unpack the replacement brushes (BWP-026), place the Large Brushes 610x75x25mm (2) into the channel, use
the 5.5x25 Hex Drill Screws (4) to fix the brushes into place. Place the Boot Wiper onto its side and drill 4 -
3mm pilot holes into the underside of the large brushes before inserting screws in bottom.
Place the Smaller Boot Wiper Brushes 152x73x25mm (3) into the vertical channel and, again, fix in place with
the 5.5x25 Hex Drill Screws (4).
General Maintenance
Periodically hose or wash down to get rid of any excess soil. Check screws for tightness and touch up any chips
and scratches with paint to prevent rust and bubbling of paint. Replace brushes when necessary to keep boot
wiper in full working order.
