THE SYSTEM

BUMPER:
The Bumper is a lifting grate, it has been developed in steel to withstand all the loading conditions (assembly)
specified in this manual. Never exceed the number of boxes specified in this manual.
It is important to remember that the system should only be hoisted through your bumper. The accessories
used in your installation such as straps, shackles, chains, hoists, load rod and etc. are the responsibility of the user;
JBL is not responsible for these accessories that are not provided by it. JBL recommends that these
accessories support the weight of the system with a safety factor (7:1).
JBL disclaims liability for these accessories
which are not supplied by the same.
The correct use of all accessories is necessary for the safe suspension of the system. Care calculations
should always be taken to ensure that all components used in within its maximum load limit recommend. Never exceed
the maximum limit recommend. Before suspending the system, a qualified trained and experienced person in line array
system should be consulted because only a qualified professional can guarantee a perfect installation. Research
standards, practices and requirements before installing the system, it is very important to ensure compliance with these
rules.
2- BOX COUPLING:
The VL8A housings are coupled to each other through the articulators which are found in their fittings, two
front profiles and a rear profile. Next to the profiles are the(
quick pins
) that connect one VL8 box to another or the VL8
box to the bumper. Never use other pins or any other form of attachment other than those provided by JBL together
with the product. Below are some images that illustrate the assembly of the system.
