「水出し珈琲とは」
What is Mizudashi ?
水で低温抽出した珈琲です。熱による酸化を防ぎ、
珈琲豆本来の味を引き出すことが出来ます。抽出
後は時間をおいても味の変化が少なく美味しく
いただけます。深いコクと風味、まろやかな口当たり
をごゆっくりお楽しみください。

取扱い上の注意
●調理の時は外側の水滴をぬぐい、途中で差し水をする時は冷水をさけ、
またガラスの
部分が熱くなっている時はぬれた布でふれたり、
ぬれた所に置かないで下さい。
●洗う時は、研磨材入りたわし、金属たわしやクレンザーなどを使用しないで下さい。
●使用区分以外には使用しないで下さい。

Cold Coffee Brewer
Cold brewed coffee prevents the grounds from being
oxidized by heat and allows you to extract the full flavors
of the coffee beans. Please enjoy the smooth rich flavor
and aroma of the coffee.

correctly, please be sure to read this instruction manual.

お取扱上の注意/Handｌing precautions
フタの開閉の際は、片手でポット本体を持
ち、フタを片側から開閉してください。
直火にかけられません。
ガラスは割れるものです。洗浄やご使用時
はていねいにお取扱いください。
ストレーナーのメッシュ部を外側から強く
押さないでください。破損の原因となります。
お子様がご使用になる際は、取扱上の注意を
ご指導の上、一人では扱わせないようにして
ください。また、幼児のそばで使用したり、
幼
児の手の届くところに置かないでください。
Do not expose to direct flame.
Handle the glassware with the utmost care.
Do not push the mesh on strainer strongly.
It may cause breakage.
●ヒビ、欠け、強いスリ傷の入ったものは、思わぬときに
破損することがありますので、使用しないでください。
●ガラス器の内面を、金属スプーンなどで強くたたいた
り、強くこすったりしないでください。破損の原因にな
ります。
●破損した際のお取扱いは、ケガをしないよう十分ご注
意ください。
●廃棄する際は、各自治体の指示に従い分別してください。
●お飲み物をいれて凍らせないでください。また、冷蔵庫
に入れる場合は、さましてから入れてください。
●

● 熱いお飲物を入れると、プラスチック部分が軟化して
バンドがゆるくなり、左右にずれることがあります。
●フタをつかんで持ち運ぶことは絶対にしないでくださ
い。ガラスが抜け落ちる場合があります。
●コーヒーを注ぐ際、ポットを急に傾けると、注ぎ口から勢
いよくコーヒーが出て、
グラスから溢れてしまったり、フ
タが外れてしまう場合がありますので、
ご注意ください。
●熱いお飲物を入れる際は倒れると危険ですので流し台
などでお取扱いください。また、持ち運びの際は、さまし
てからガラス本体や取っ手をお持ちください。
●勢いよくフタをするとガラスの破損の原因になります。
●
When pouring hot beverages into the container,
the container may tip over. To avoid danger, use
a safe location such as the kitchen sink. Also,
when carrying the container around, allow enough
time for cooling and hold either the glass part
or the handle.
●
Do not close the lid too strongly as the glass may
become damaged.
●
If the water is too hot, the plastic part may become
soft and cause the band to become loose.
●
Never hold the lid to carry the container. The glass
pot may fall off.
●
Do not pour coffee too quickly. The coffee may spill
outside the cup, or the lid may come off.
水出し珈琲をおいしく飲むためのポイント
●水出し珈琲は、水もできあがりの味を大きく左右します
ので、カルキ臭の少ない水をご使用ください。
●ミネラルウォーターをご使用の際は軟水タイプをおすす
めします。
●温 めて 召しあ がる場 合 は 沸 騰 させ な いようにご注 意
ください 。成 分 が 酸 化し、風 味 が 損 な わ れます 。
●必ず冷蔵庫で保存し、2〜3日以内にお召しあがりくだ
さい。日がたつと酸化が進みます。
●できあがりの量はご使用いただく粉の種類により若干
異なる場合があります。
●Water effects result of cold brewed coffee. We recommend
using soft water and water that does not contain chlorine.
●Avoid overheating the cold brewed coffee for making
warm coffee. It makes coffee oxidized and flavor may be
disappeared.
●Please drink cold brewed coffee in 2 or 3 days, otherwise
coffee may be oxidized and it will become unpleasant taste.
●Amount of brewed coffee may be changed by type of
ground coffee.
