modulate up and down. Excessive vibration
in the process facility. Set WAVERSAVER to W4 or
adjust until you reach stable
weight readings (See Chap-
ter 3 for instructions)

The Weight Display indi-
cates zero with a weight
on the scale.
The Weight Indication
does not change.
Input from the Load
Cell is negative. Load
cell correct input
should always be
between 0 and +30
mV DC. Check the current counts.
Measure pins 3 & 4 for the
millivolt load cell output.
• Checking the Current Count
Step 1. Push the Test Button on the Front Panel. The Test Sub-menu
appears.
Step 2. Press the down arrow
↓
until the cursor is to the left of the
current count (Current Ct.) sub-menu. (See Fig. 9-3)
