OPERATION
Soldering gun 100 W
1.
Check that the rated voltage on the type plate corresponds to the mains supply voltage.
2.
Plug in the power cord and press the power switch. After 20 seconds the tip reaches 300 °C and
the product is ready to use.
3.
Never lock the switch in the On position – risk of overheating and serious material damage.
4.
Heat the parts to be soldered together first and then apply the solder.

Replacing the soldering tip
6.
Undo the two lock screws.
7.
Remove the old tip and insert a new one.
8.
Press the tip in as far as it will go and tighten the screws.
9.
The transfer of heat will be reduced if the screws are not properly tightened.
