Operating Instructions
Note:
During the day, the Solar
Light converts sunlight into electricity,
recharging the battery. The amount of
light the Solar Light receives depends on
placement of the Solar Light, geographic
location and weather. If the weather is
cloudy and the light does not receive
a full charge, the Solar Light may not
achieve the full run time. It will catch
up after two to three days of full sun.
1. After a full 8 hours of sunlight charging,
the Solar Light will automatically
turn ON during the night.
2. After the initial charge is set, confirm
that the Solar Light is on by viewing
it at night or in a dark location. If
not lit, check that the Solar Light
has had full sunlight for 8 hours and
that the battery tab is removed.
Maintenance
1. Clean regularly with a damp towel.
Do not clean with solvent.
Do not put too much pressure
on the Solar Light or accessories
while cleaning. Dry thoroughly.
2.
BEFORE EACH USE,
inspect the
general condition of the light. Check for:
leaking, swollen, or cracked battery
loose hardware
misalignment or binding of parts
cracked or broken parts
any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
3.
AFTER USE,
wipe external surfaces
of the light with clean cloth.
4. Replace battery every 12 months:
a. Gently twist and remove the Solar
Light housing from the Lens.
b. Gently open the battery cover on the
bottom of the Solar Light housing.
Be careful to not pull on the wire.
c. Remove the old battery.
d. Install a new Ni-Mh battery
into the Battery Compartment.

according to the correct polarity.
e. Close the Battery Cover and replace
the Solar Light housing to the Lens.

be recycled or disposed of properly.
