Bearing Alignment
1.
Loosen both Adjustment Screws (pictured to the
right) on the Fixed Guide Plate (41).
2.
Adjust the Plate so that the Blade is straight and
the Bearing (34) sits about 0.5–1 mm above the
blade. Retighten both Screws.
3.
Loosen both Acorn Nuts (32) on the Fixed Guide
Plate (41).
4.
Turn the two Cam Screws (28, 29) until the
bearings both just touch the blade. Do not
overtighten. While holding the Cam Screws (28,
29) with a wrench, retighten the Acorn Nuts (32).
5.
Repeat steps 3 & 4 for the Blade Guide Arm (5).
