The dishes are not
completely clean.
There are food scraps
which are encrusted onto
the dishes.
Soak dirty dishes prior to washing
the dishes.
The dishes have not been
stacked optimally.
Stack the dishes in such a way that
all parts can be reached by the wa-
ter jets (see “Loading the dishwash-
er” on page EN-17).
You have selected the in-
correct dishwashing
programme.
Select the correct dishwashing
programme (see “Programme table”
on page EN-21).
The dishwasher detergent
is incorrectly dosed.
Use the correct dosage of dishwash-
er detergent (see “Programme table”
on page EN-21).
The water pressure is too
low.
Turn the water tap on completely.
The spraying arm can not
rotate unhindered.
Ensure that no dishes are impeding
the motion of the spraying arm.
The nozzles on the spraying
arm are blocked/calcified.
Clean the nozzles (see “Checking
and cleaning the spraying arms” on
page EN-27).

to fill up.
Turn the water tap on completely.
Arrange the inlet hose properly so that it is not kinked
(see “Connect the inlet hose” on page EN-29).
Ensure that the water pressure is correct. See “Technical
specifications” on page EN-39.

: The heating element is
defective.
Have the appliance examined and repaired.

: Water overflow.
Switch off the tap. Find the gap in the seal (or have
someone find it) and repair the leak (or have it repaired).
