• Press the “Mode” button (16) repeatedly
until the “Smart” indicator (14) is illumi-
nated.
The temperature is now set automatically.
You can read the current temperature set-
ting on the cooling power indicator (13).
• To resume setting the temperature man-
ually, press the “Mode” button once.
The “Smart” indicator goes out. The tem-
perature can be set manually once again.
Setting the temperature in the
freezer compartment
The freezer compartment is automatically
kept at a temperature of at least –18 °C.

• To reduce the temperature further, press
the “Mode” button (16) repeatedly until
the “Super” indicator (15) illuminates.
This will further lower the temperature in
the freezer compartment and create ad-
ditional cooling power in case you want
to freeze larger quantities of fresh goods.
• To switch off the “Super” setting again,
press the “Mode” button (16) repeated-
ly until the “Super” indicator (15) is no
longer illuminated.
The “Super” setting will stay active for a
maximum of 54 hours. It will then switch
off automatically.
Door alarm
To prevent excessive loss of refrigeration, 5
beeps will sound if the appliance door is left
open for longer than 1.5 minutes. 5 further
beeps will sound after 30 seconds.
• Close the appliance door (2).
The door alarm will shut off.
