2. Switch off the fridge by pressing the REF.
TEMP. sensor button (23) until the “– –”
and “
OFF
” appear on the display. A short
time later, the temperature of the freezer
and “– –” will be displayed alternately.
The fridge is then switched off.
Switching the fridge back on
1. Unlock the sensor buttons by pressing the
UNLOCK sensor button (20) until the in-
dicator (16) appears (see “Unlock the
sensor buttons” on page EN-12).
2. Switch on the fridge again by pressing the
REF.TEMP. sensor button (23) until the
temperature indicator “
05
” appears on the
display.
The fridge is then switched back on.
3. Change the temperature in the fridge if re-
quired (see “Changing the temperature in
the fridge” on page EN-13).
Door alarm
The use of energy and the temperature inside
the appliance can increase if the doors are
opened often or for long periods of time.
To avoid an excessive loss of refrigeration,
a signal tone will sound when one or both
doors of the Fridge freezer have been open
for more than 2 minutes.
Glass shelves and door
shelves
The glass shelves (2), the door shelves (5)
and the bottle racks (7) in the fridge doors (4)
can be removed. This makes cleaning them
easier. The glass shelves (2) and the door
shelves (5) can be arranged differently if re-
quired. To remove the door shelves (5), pull
them upwards out of the grooves.
You will achieve the most efficient use of en-
ergy for your appliance if you combine the
drawers, glass shelves and door shelves as
shown in the diagram on page EN-17.
Drawers
Different types of food can be stored in the
appliance’s drawers.
The fruit/vegetable drawer
Fresh fruit and vegetables in particular can be
stored in the fruit/vegetable drawer (6).

There are two more drawers located be-
low the fruit/vegetable drawer: the flexible
zone (8) and the moisture zone (14). The
temperature and humidity inside these draw-
ers can be adjusted to the requirements of
the items being stored. Each of them is out-
fitted with a slider (27) or (28).
