Setting the temperature

Do not force the temperature control-
ler (1) beyond the fi nal position.
• Set the temperature controller to the de-
sired mini oven temperature. It can be set
from 60 °C to 220 °C.
When baking, your mini oven func-
tions at lower temperatures than other
ovens. For fresh dishes, use a temperature
that is 10-15 °C below the usual tempera-
ture. For ready meals, please follow the
instructions on the packaging.

1. First insert the dripping pan (13). This
keeps oven compartment clean.
2. Spread a little oil on the cooking spit (14).
3. Skewer the food through the centre.
4. Attach the food using the cooking spit
forks (15).
5. Position the cooking spit with the sharp
end in the drive shaft (8) and the other
end in the cooking spit attachment (9).
6. Close the door.
