posed parts can become hot.

touching the cooking chamber ceil-
ing.

Children aged 8 years or younger
must be kept away from the appli-
ance, unless they are under constant
supervision.
Fire hazard!
Any improper use of the device can lead
to fi re.

In case of a fi re or smoke in the cook-
ing chamber: do not open the door!
Switch off the appliance, unplug at
the mains or turn off / remove the
fuse.

Ensure suffi
cient ventilation. Do not
cover the ventilation openings, e.g.
with a dish cloth etc.
Risk of scalding!
Steam is generated through the build
up of heat within the device when
cooking dishes, and can cause scald-
ing when coming into contact with the
skin.
■
Avoid contact with the hot steam that
escapes when opening the door.
A mild odour can form during
the fi rst time the device is used.
This is non-toxic and disappears after a
short moment.
Setting the time
1. Press the “Time / Timer” button (12).
The hour display will flash.
2. Turn the function dial (14) until the desired
number of hours is displayed.
3. Press the “Time / Timer” button again.
The minute display will flash.
4. Turn the function dial until the desired
number of hours is displayed.
5. Please confirm the setting by pressing
the “Time / Timer” button.
Select mode
There are two ways to select an operating
mode:
• Repeatedly press the “Function” button
(16).
• Press the “Function” button once and
then turn the function dial (14).
The operating modes are shown on the dis-
play (10) in the form of different symbols and
information.
