The crumb tray
When you use the crumb tray, always slide it
under the lower heating element with the flat
side directed toward the back.
The oven rack, dripping pan
and gripper
The oven rack’s height depends on
whether you wish to cook, grill or bake.
The dripping pan prevents the cooking com-
partment from becoming dirty.
In order to remove the oven rack or dripping
pan later on, please use the supplied gripper.

Using the cooking spit
Make sure that food on the cooking spit is not
too big so that it does not touch the heating
elements, and the cooking spit grooves are
kept free.
1. First insert the dripping pan. This keeps
the oven cooking compartment clean.
2. Spread a little oil on the cooking spit.
3. Slide one of the clamps onto the cooking
spit so that the clamp’s tips point inward.
4. Put the food to be grilled on the cooking
spit.
5. Put the second clamp on the cooking spit.
The clamp’s tips should also point inward.
6. Position the food in the middle of the
cooking spit.
7. Push the clamps as far as possible into
the food and lock the clamps into place
with the clamping screws.
8. Make sure that the grooves are kept free.
9. Use a cloth to wipe the ends of the cook-
ing spit.
Inserting the cooking spit
1. Insert the cooking spit’s right end into the
drive sleeve on the right-hand side of the
cooking compartment.
2. Place the small outer groove at the other
end of the cooking spit on the holder on
the left-hand side of the cooking compart-
