Changing the door hinges
You can change the position of your refrig-
erating appliance’s door hinges if necessary.
This work requires some manual dexterity.
Please read the following steps completely
before changing the hinges.
You will need the following tools:
– PH2 cross-tip screwdriver
– 8 mm spanner
Changing the hinges on the
refrigerator door
1. Ensure that the appliance is not connect-
ed to the power supply.
2. Close the door.
3. Unscrew the metal strip from the refrig-
erator. Use the cross-tip screwdriver.
4. Unfasten the screws for the upper hinge
using an 8 mm spanner and remove the
hinge.
5. Unscrew the hinge pin from the hinge.
Turn the hinge 180°. Re-insert the hinge
pin into the hinge.
6. Lift up the door, removing it from the low-
er hinge pin as you do so, and set it to
one side.
7. Insert the lower hinge pin on the oppo-
site side and put the door back on.
8. Close the door.

9. Remove the screw (15) with a cross-tip
screwdriver and re-insert it on the oppo-
site side.
