Installation Considerations
• For best results, Hansgrohe recommends that this
unit be installed by a licensed, professional plumber.
• Prior to installation, inspect the product for transport
damages. After it has been installed, no transport or
surface damage will be honoured.
• Please read over these instructions thoroughly
before beginning installation. Make sure that you
have all tools and supplies needed to complete the
installation.
• Protection against backflow is provided by two
check valves.
• If the center line of the faucet is more than 1⅛"
(30 mm) from the wall or the rear wall of the
cabinet, install support for the hose box.
• The hose box must be attached to the wall, cabinet,
or support. The installer or homeowner must supply
appropriate fasteners.
• If space restraints require it, the hose box can be
tilted a maximum of 20°.
• Keep this booklet and the receipt (or other proof
of date and place of purchase) for this product in
a safe place. The receipt is required should it be
necessary to request warranty parts.
