NEGLECT OR IMPROPER OR INCORRECTLY PERFORMED
INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR, INCLUDING
THE USE OF ABRASIVE OR CAUSTIC CLEANING AGENTS OR
“NO-RINSE” CLEANING PRODUCTS.
