on a flat surface and align the stem

down firmly to lock the seat frame (

surface.
Attach the front of arms (C

(AA). Do not fully

the bolts.
Attach the back of the arms (C

) to the seat
frame (

using a washer (DD) and socket hex bolt (BB).
Do
not fully tight
en
the bolts.
Ensure all bolts are aligned and assembled correctly.
Tighten
all
hex
bolts
(AA)
with
the
wrench
(HH)
.
Attach
the
hex
bolt
caps
(EE)
.
Tighten
all
socket
hex
bolts
(BB)
with
the
hex
wrench (GG).
Attach
