MEASUREMENT PROCEDURE
• Select the
Ammonia HR
method using the procedure described in the
Method Selection section (see page 17).
• Add 1mL of unreacted sample to the cuvette using 1mL
syringe.
• Use the pipette to fill the cuvette up to the 10 mL mark
with
HI93733B‑0
Ammonia High Range Reagent B.
Replace the cap and mix the solution.
• Place the cuvette into the holder and close the lid.
