Step 5.
Now attach the clevis in the outermost hole on the
rudder servo arm as shown and slip the fuel tubing over the
clevis to prevent the clevis from opening.
Note:
The “Z” bend of the steering pushrod will be attached
to the nosewheel control arm in Stage 5.
Step 6.
Turn the aircraft right side up and look into the engine
compartment. The throttle pushrod has a black clevis that will
attach to the throttle arm of the engine, and a “Z” bend that will
attach to the throttle servo in the fuselage. See the photo at right.
Install the Z-bend (inside the fuselage) to the outermost hole in
the throttle servo arm. Mount the throttle servo arm so it’s
perpendicular to the fuselage and fasten with the servo screw.
Final adjustment of the throttle servo will be made in Stage 6,
Installing the Engine.
