4 Operation
4.1 Layout of Front and Rear Panel

Output Current Adjust
Set cutting power from 20
– 60 amps

Power Pilot Lamp
This will light if the machine is connected to power

Alarm Pilot Lamp
When lit, this light indicates that over-temp limit has activated

Air Indicator
The AIR light will turn on if there is insufficient air pressure (Below 50 Psi)

Ready (DC Indicator)
Indicator is ON when DC output is active (trigger is depressed)

RUN/SET
Power ON in RUN, Change to SET for 10-sec air purge & Change to RUN to cut.

Cutting Gun Connector
Attach plasma cutting torch to flange. Secure tight.

Earth Cable Connector
Connects earth clamp cable to machine

Air Regulator/Dryer
Connect Compressor airline. Set to 70 psi.

Power Cord
Connect power cord to LINE power source.

Power Switch
Turns power ON/OFF to machine LINE power.
