6 Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting table ‘DX’
Signal
Possible cause
Remedy
ON/OFF light is not on;
the wheelchair does
not drive.
The plug of the controller
is not properly placed in
the ‘power module".
Place the plug properly in the
"power module" (DX BUS).
The DX power module is behind
the cover that is on the outside
under the chair against the battery
tray.
The battery charger is still
connected to the
controller.
Take the plug of the charge cord
from the charging connection.
Neutral is still on.

Switch the wheelchair off
electrically.
•
Switch off neutral.
•
Switch the wheelchair on.
The batteries are not
properly connected.
Check the connections.
A connection of the
batteries is loose.
Secure the connection.
ON/OFF light flashes 7
times
The battery is too low.
Charge the batteries.
The batteries are empty.
Charge the batteries.
ON/OFF light flashes 8
times
The battery voltage is too
high, so that it exceeds 32
V.
This can only occur at charging.
ON/OFF light flashes
12 times.
System does not ‘fit’.
System modules are not
compatible.
After checking press the ON/OFF
key back to start driving.
