ASSEMBLY
NOTE:
Tighten all screw connections by hand during assembly. Tighten the screw connections fully once
assembly is complete.
1.
Install the wheels (27) on the legs with screws and nuts.
2.
Insert the left leg (2) in the base (1) and lock with two pins (4). Secure the pins with cotter pins.
Repeat for the right leg.
3.
Install the column (8) on the base (1) with 5 screws (9), 5 washers and 5 nuts (10).

Install the arm (11) on the column (8) with a screw (12), washer (13) and nut (14).
5.
Install the cylinder unit (15) on the column (8) with a screw (16), nut and washer (17). Lock the
cylinder unit on the column with a screw (18), nut and washer (17).
6.
Insert the extendable arm (22) in the arm (11) and lock in one of the four positions with a screw (9),
nut and washer (10).
7.
Install a hook and chain (24) on the arm with a screw (23), washer and nut (10).
8.
Secure the handle (19) on the column (8) with 4 screws (21) and 4 washers (20).
9.
Tighten all the screw connections.
OPERATION
WARNING:
The workshop crane is only intended for lifting, not for bearing loads.
Never overload the product.
IMPORTANT:
Air in the hydraulic system can impair performance. If necessary, bleed the system by
opening the relief valve fully. This is done by turning the handle clockwise as illustrated, pressing the arm
down and pumping rapidly several times with the pump handle.
Lifting
Close the relief valve by turning the handle clockwise until it resists. Do not overtighten.
Lowering
Open the relief valve by turning the handle anti-clockwise very slowly. You can regulate the
lowering speed by turning the handle.
