The load is now lifted by means of two steel wires. The winch can therefore lift double the load.
NOTE: See maximum load on the rating plate.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE:
Always make sure that the machine is not connected to the mains supply when carrying out
maintenance on the machine.
Carry out regular inspections after 100
cycles. One cycle corresponds to running a
load up and down.
Check regularly that the motor stop button
and UP button function correctly.
Check regularly that the wire is in good
condition. Replace the wire if it is damaged.
See the illustrated example.
Check regularly that the limit switch in the
winch functions properly. Check as follows:
When the wire has reached the maximum
lifting height, the arm for the automatic stop
mechanism (4) will be activated. The motor
(2) must now stop (check without load).
Check that the retaining screws for the brackets are properly tightened.
Regularly check the power cord (14) and the cord for the remote control (11).
Grease the steel wire (5) and pulley (6) every 200 cycles.
Check every 1000 cycles that the screws in the clamps (1), the wire attachment nuts and the pulley
(6) are in good condition and properly tightened. Check also that the hooks are in good condition.
The winch is included in mechanical group M1. The winch has a service life of approx. 8000 cycles
(excluding wearing parts). When the winch has completed 8000 cycles all the mechanical parts
must be inspected.
Cleaning
Keep the safety devices, vents and motor cover as free from dust and dirt as possible. Wipe the
machine with a clean cloth, or blow clean with compressed air at low pressure.
Clean the machine at regular intervals with a damp cloth and a drop of liquid soap. Never use
detergents or solvents. These can damage the plastic parts. Make sure that no liquids enter the
machine.
