Attaching the back panel (B) to the back panel (A)

IMPORTANT:
Do not fully
tighten bolts (AA and BB)
Stand the back panel (A) on a flat, smooth surface.
until the end of Step 3.

Attaching the seat panel

Attach the seat panel (C) to the back panel (B) and the back panel (A) with washers (CC), bolts (BB) using the wrench (EE).
Place the frame upside down on the flat, smooth surface.
IMPORTANT:
Do not fully
tighten bolts (BB)
until the end of Step 3.
Attach the back panel (B) to the back panel (A) with washers (CC) and bolts (AA and BB) using the wrench (EE).
