 Installing the Light Kit 10.

N O T E :

  B e f o r e   s t a r t i n g   i n s t a l l a t i o n ,  

disconnect the power by turning off the 
circuit breaker or removing the fuse at fuse 
box.

Turning power off using the fan switch is not 
sufficient to prevent electric shock.

1.    Remove the 1 of 3 screws from the 

switch housing plate and keep it for 
future use. Loosen the other 2 screws 
(Do not remove)

2.

Install the switch housing to the switch 
housing plate by feeding the wires from 
fan through the hole of switch housing, 
then place the switch housing key holes 
over the 2 screws previously loosened 
from the switch housing plate, turn 
switch housing until it locks in place at 
the narrow section of the key holes. 
Secure by tightening the 2 screws 
previously loosened and the one 
previously removed.(Figure 17)

3.

Make wire connections: Connect the 9-
pin plug from the fan to the 9-pin plug 
from the switch housing.

4.

Locate two single white and blue wires 
in the switch housing labeled  FOR 
LIGHT.

5.

Make the polarized plug connections:

               -White to white
               -Blue to black

Carefully push all wires back into the 

switch housing.  Attach the light kit 

fitter by aligning its keyhole slots with 

the three screw holes and reversing 

switch on the side of switch housing.  

Tighten the three screws securely to 

prevent the light kit from vibrating 

loose.

7.

Pass the two pull chains on the switch 

housing through the chain holders 

located on the light fitter, install the 

fobs to the pull chains.

8.

Install two 60 watt (max.) Bulbs ( 

Included) and glass shade by turning 

clockwise until snug.  DO NOT OVER 

TIGHTEN (Figure 17A)

9.

Restore power and your light kit is 

ready for operation.

(Optional)

Your fan is designed with light kit, we also 
prepare a empty switch box cover for your 
choice  in case you intend to install the fan 
without light kit. Proceed the followings for 
switch box assembly:

NOTE:

 Light bulbs have no warranty, can 

be purchased at local light bulb specialty 
store or from our service center.
