the chair base(A)

Securely tighten all bolts and nuts for above steps and include pre-assembled bolts.
Repeat procedure for the other chair.
Attach the chair seat and back(B) to the chair base(A) using bolt(Lc)
through washer(Lf) through the chair back(B) into chair base(A).
Do not tighten completely.
Repeat procedure for the other side.
Using the bolt(Le) through the washer(Lf), through the
sleeve of chair base(A), through the chair seat(B), through
another washer(Lf) and into nut(Lg).
Do not tighten completely.
Repeat procedure for the other side.
