Unpack your fan and check the contents. You should have the following items:

Ball/downrod assembly (1)

Collar cover

5. Fan motor assembly

6. Set of blades bracket (3 )
7. 4-speed wall control with 2 mounting

screws and

7A. Mounting plate with 2 mounting screws

Balancing kit

3 wire nuts

9. Loose parts bag containing:
a. Blade attachment hardware

b. Mounting hardware
( 3 plastic wire connectors)

(10 Nut, 10 rubber washers, 10

metal washers, allen wrench).
