First time use

Replacing the battery
Ƒ
Remove the light head (A) from the shade (C).
Ƒ
Remove the pull tab (1) in between the battery and its
connector.
Ƒ
The solar light needs to charge in full sunlight for 8 - 12
hours to allow the rechargeable battery to reach
maximum capacity. For optimum performance, allow
the battery to charge in full sunlight.
Ƒ
Remove the light head (A) from the shade (C).
Ƒ
Remove the lens (B) from the light head (A).
Ƒ
Press the release tab. Pull up and remove the battery
cover (F).
Ƒ
Remove the old battery and replace with a new lithium
phosphate 3.2V, 600 (14500) mAh rechargeable battery.
Ƒ
Return the battery cover (F).
Ƒ
Return the lens (B) to the light head (A).
Ƒ
Return the light head (A) to the shade (C).

Mounting to a rail

Ƒ
Align the rail mount adapter (E) onto the selected rail.
Ƒ
Use a pen or pencil to trace the two holes onto the rail
and remove the rail mount adapter (E).
Ƒ
Pre-drill pilot holes onto the rail where your pen/pencil
marks were made.
Ƒ
Insert plastic anchors (CC).
Ƒ
Insert screws (BB) through the rail mount adapter (E)
and the pilot holes in the rail. Tighten until secure.
Ƒ
Firmly slide the light and post mount assembly
(A, B, C and D) on top of the rail mount adapter (E) until
it is flush.
Ƒ
Insert screws (AA) through the holes on the sides of the
post mount (D) and rail mount adapter (E). Tighten
until secure.
