Attaching the Light Kit to the 
Switch Housing

Installing the Light Bulbs

□

     Install three 40 watt candelabra bulbs (LL) (included).

□

     Remove the decorative nut (II), glass cap (HH), and 

the metal nut (GG) from the light kit (F).

CAUTION:

 Before starting installation, disconnect the 

power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse 
at the fuse box. Turning power off using the fan switch is not 
sufficient to prevent electric shock.

Assembly — Installing the Light Kit

□

     Remove the three light kit mounting screws (FF) from the 

light kit (F) and keep these screws.

□

     While holding the light kit (F) under your fan motor 

assembly (B), locate two single white and blue wires in 
the switch housing labeled "FOR LIGHT". Make the 
polarized plug connections (QQ):

        - White to white
        - Blue to blue

□

     Carefully push all wires back into the switch housing. 

Install the light kit (F) onto the switch housing with the 
three light kit mounting screws (FF) provided. Be sure to 
tighten all screws.

NOTE

:

 

If you do not wish to install the light kit, skip steps 8 

through 9 and proceed to step 10.
