We recommend performing maintenance on the wood portion of your Hampton Bay outdoor furniture after three (3) months of
exposure to the elements.
Follow the cleaning and application instructions provided by the manufacturer of the maintenance products you purchase.
Home Depot recommends cleaning and maintenance products made specifically for outdoor hardwood furniture by ScanCom. For

Some pieces in the Hampton Bay collection feature all-weather wicker and/or cushions. To clean the cushions:
Use a soft cloth, mild soap and water.
Air dry.
Do not machine wash or dry the cushions.
Do not use bleach or strong solvents to clean any of your Hampton Bay outdoor furniture, as it will harm the fabrics and the
wood finish.
To maintain and protect your outdoor furniture, always cover it with an outdoor furniture cover. We recommend that you store this
furniture inside when not in use. Do not store in centrally heated rooms. A cool, well-ventilated enclosure is the most suitable location

Protection Solution before leaving the factory. This has
been done to enhance your product’s weather resistance and give your Durawood

product long life.
After the first season, the quality of the protection may begin to fade. At this point we recommend re-treating your Durawood
®
with
ScanCom’s Durawood
®
Protection Solution.
Apply the solution liberally to ensure your Durawood
®
has enough protection for the season ahead.
Repeat this process annually, at the beginning of every outdoor season, to give your Durawood
®
long life.

Attaching the legs

Position a leg frame (B) and an L-bracket (DD) into a corner of the top frame (A).
Secure the leg frame (B) with bolts (AA), spring washers (BB), and plain washers (CC).
Tighten the bolts using the spanner wrench (EE).
Repeat these instructions to attach the remaining leg frames (B).
