Assembly — Installing the Light Kit
Attaching the light kit to
the fan motor assembly
CAUTION:
Before starting installation, disconnect the
power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse
at the fuse box. Turning power off using the fan switch is not
sufficient to prevent electric shock.

Installing the light bulbs
and glass shade
□
Remove one of the three screws (NN) from the
mounting ring (OO) and keep it for future use. Loosen
the other two screws (NN). (Do not remove.)
□
While holding the light kit (H) under your fan motor
assembly (G), locate two single white and blue wires
in the fan motor assembly (G) labeled "FOR LIGHT".
Make the polarized plug connections (PP):
- White to white
- Bl
ack
to black
□
Tuck connections neatly into the mounting ring (OO),
place the key holes on the light kit (H) over the two
screws previously loosened from the mounting ring
(OO), and turn the light kit (H) until it locks in place at
the narrow section of the key holes. Secure by
tightening the two screws (NN) previously loosened
and the one previously removed.

Remove the decorative nut (QQ) from the light kit (H).
□
Install the 9.5W LED bulb (CC) (included).
□
Raise the glass shade (I) up against the light kit (H)
and thread the decorative nut (QQ) on securely. Do not
overtighten.
