Settings Menu Access

1.

Turn the console on by walking or running on striding belt.

2.

Press the 

MENU

 button on the console to access the 

PROGRAMS

 screen.

3.

Press the 

MENU

 button and the 

UP ARROW

 button simultaneously for 3 seconds to enter the 

SETTINGS

 menu.

Set the duration until the console stays on after the user stops walking or running.
