With the incorporated switch of the socket outlet you can disable this function.
If you operate the switch it is designed that the Slave socket outlets are
always connected to the mains Remark: If there is somehow a “failure” which
shows this characteristic check the switch.
Please pay attention that HiFi equipment's, video recorder or equiv. which are
feeded in the Slave socket outlet can loose the timer function. This is a
problem of the equipment and not a failure of our product.
Adjustment of the switching limit
On the long side of our product you will find a potentiometer. This you can
adjust in such away that the Slave socket outlets will be switched on and
switched off together with the Master socket outlet. Please pay attention that
here will be adjusted in the same time the lower switch limit. That means if
the Master equipment has a standby circuit which needs approx. 8-10W in
the standby mode (normally only older equipment's, newer are below 5W) it
can happen that the Slave socket outlets switch on and switch off in an
undefined manner. In this case please adjust the switching limit in a higher
value to give a correct operation of “On” and “Off”.
Please pay attention that the Master equipment has a stable power
consumption to prevent undefined switching on and off of the Slave socket
outlets.
