Answer
Fahrenheit is the default. Switch to
Centigrade by pressing the “TEMP”
button. Then press “BAKE.” Press
“BAKE” again to go back to Fahrenheit.
When oven is very hot, the cooling fan
will operate for a short time after cooking
is completed The cooling fan will turn off
when oven is cool.
