6. Fabricate a drain line using 3/4” PVC and connect it to the
flexible coupler.
7. Secure the drain line to the machine with zip ties as needed.
8. Secure the drain line to the table so that the table can be moved
in and out for cleaning. Verify there is positive slope to the drain
line to prevent a backup. You may need to build stand-offs and
secure them in place with zip ties to ensure the drain line stays
in place.
9. Install a water filter into the water tubing making sure the flow
direction marker is towards the machine. Note: when installing
filter be sure to use clean, sharp cuts on the tubing to avoid
debris entering the water line. Push each end of the tubing firmly
into the filter.
10. Install the water line to the machine by firmly pushing
and twisting
11. Install the shield cover with thumbscrews.
12. Turn on the water to the machine.
13. Plug into outlet.
14. Turn ON (I) the machine.
15. Press Flush button a few times. Verify there are no leaks.Verify
water is reaching the drain without backing up in
the wash chamber.
