s Insert the paper into the centre of the feed shaft (4). The cutting
rollers are switched on automatically.
s Let go of the paper. The device switches back to standby mode
after shredding is completed.

l Empty the bin frequently in order to prevent damage to the
device.

l These modes serve to remove any blockages in the cutter
system.
s Slide the operating switch (2) to the “Rev” position. The rollers of
the paper cutting system rotate in the opposite direction.
s Slide the operating switch (2) to the “Auto” position.
s Switch approximately three times successively between the posi-
tions “Rev” and “Auto”.
s Switch off the device and remove the jammed paper or plastic card
from the feed shaft (4).

s To switch the device off, slide the operating switch (2) to the “Off”
position.
s Lift the Document shredder attachment (1) ff of the waste bin (7).
s Empty the bin.
s Put the Document shredder attachment (1) back on the waste bin
(7).

s Slide the operating switch (2) to the “Off” position.
