5. Cleaning and Care
Clean the unit with a dry cloth. In case of heavy soiling, the cloth may
be moistened a bit.
DANGER
Danger of death due to electrical current

Remove the mains plug from the electrical socket before
cleaning the device.
WARNING
Risk of cutting injury from rollers of the cutting attachment!
Observe the following safety instructions to avoid injury:

Do not touch the cutting rollers
CAUTION!
Moisture can damage the device!

To prevent irreparable damage, make sure that no moisture gets
into the device when you clean it.
6. Troubleshooting
Error
Possible cause
Solution
The cutting rollers do
not turn on briefly even
though you slide the
operating switch (2) to
„Auto“.
The connection cable
(3) is not connected
correctly.
Ensure that the mains
plug is plugged into the
socket.
No mains power
Check your fuse box.
Device is faulty.
Inform our customer
service department.
If it has not been used
for a long time, the
device switches off and
cannot be switched
back on.
The device is overhe-
ated
Switch the device off
and let it cool off for at
least 25 minutes.
